Manage 28 unit commercial building. Interview prospects and collect all pertinent information and documents needed to complete an application. I run credit checks and criminal backgrounds on prospects. I maintain a safe and clean environment for residents. I conduct walk thru with prospects before they move in and conduct walk thru after they vacate the premises. I take photos of apartment before and after move in. Create a checklist of the unit in its entirety before prospect moves in and create move out check list when prospects vacate. I serve 3 day notices as well as evictions . I also attend court for the eviction process if needed. I attend management meetings with all managers to keep updated on new housing forms and regulations. I attend the housing authority meetings to be aware of the rules and regulations that change or may have added new regulations that I need to be aware of. I communicate via email or by phone with maintenance department for work orders. I upload work orders to maintenance department along with pictures of the fixtures and or specific item that may need to be repaired or replaced.
