- Coordinated with state and federal agencies for cargo movements in support of POTUS, US senior leaders, and Foreign Heads of State.

- Directed flight line ground operations supervising 24 personnel and an $8M vehicle fleet ensuring standards compliance, operational security, mitigating delays and mishaps.

- Led logistical support teams in support of crisis operations, Presidential support, and command, control, and communications (C3) requirements across 36 nations.
- Supervised 10 personnel. Provided annual performance reports and feedback. Directed trainings to ensure member maintain critical qualifications and job proficiency.
- Contingency Response Subject Matter Expert for transportation & logistics within Indonesian-Pacific region to establish and/or build strategic partnerships with foreign nations.
- Provided joint inspection, cargo and passenger processing in support of US military, DoD contracts, and foreign aircraft in austere environments.
