
I am a very hard working and driven individual with problem solving and dynamic communication skills. I work diligently and pay very much attention to detail. I am also very energetic, work well with others, and am eager to learn with aptitude for applying new knowledge with skill and efficiency.
I work with young men who have the goal of being healthier. I train them to improve their cardiovascular and muscular health. I also give them diet plans to help them achieve their goals as quickly and effectively as possible. Lastly, I help them grow as a person, teach them self-discipline and the tools they needed, so that they may be able to implement a healthier lifestyle on their own.
