Housing Coordinator / Peer Support Specialist
• Supervise and oversee 19 recovery houses serving approximately 84 residents.
• Work closely with clinical staff and treatment teams to coordinate care and support positive treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate housing census records and monitor occupancy levels.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure houses remain clean, safe, and compliant with program standards.
• Coordinate transportation and assist residents with medical, legal, treatment, and community appointments.
• Provide peer support services, mentorship, encouragement, and recovery-focused guidance to individuals in various stages of recovery.
• Assist residents in identifying goals, overcoming barriers, and accessing community resources.
• Manage and supervise a team of four Peer Recovery Supporters, providing guidance and support to ensure quality services.
