Sympathetic, empathetic, compassionate, are three words I would choose to describe myself as to my qualifications for my chosen field. I love people, and I feel in-tune with those who are suffering hardships. It's my calling to help and take care of people. That is my super power.
At this position, I was required to be up to date on current technology in an office setting. I handled computers, phone systems, faxes, and company wide email. I was also responsible for all cellphone business, including activation and purchasing of new equipment, as well as the distribution to employees. I also handled travel and reservations for the company. Other general office duties were my responsibility as well.
Monitored and supported teenage drug abusers in an in-house rehab facility. My main duties consisted of making sure all clients were supervised at night and on weekends. I had to make sure they were in bed all night through hourly bed checks. I was also responsible for getting them up in the mornings and getting ready to face the day. I was responsible for any meals that were served on my shift, as well as seeing that the girls chores were completed. I was also a sympathetic ear, and a strong shoulder for them when they needed comfort. I also supervised visiting days, and making sure no contraband was brought into the facility.
