I work the drive thru taking orders during peek business hours of 8 AM to 5 PM collaborating with team members to complete orders. I multitask making specialty drinks while taking orders as well simultaneously. I make a variety of drinks from iced coffees to frappes. I replenish the work area with materials and drink mixers. I also work the front counter taking orders with cash and debit transactions.

My tasks include cleaning multiple areas of the store from the restrooms to the break room with commercial cleaning products. I use the T7AMR floor scrubber often to maintain the floors cleanliness. I take initiative whenever there is a spill offering my skills to clean the mess with efficiency. I also make bales daily from cardboard and multi material bales.

I was in control of keeping track of the devices being charged at the charging station. I kept a log with the guests identification number and name. Also as a Front Desk Clerk I briefed the guests with questions about their needs so that I could offer homeless resources from all over the valley. I signed people up for the shuttle we provided to different important facilities around town with more resources.

I controlled the perimeter of the corner stores named 'Rainbow Market' and maintained a safe environment for staff and visitors through proactive surveillance. I also reported any unsafe activity to law enforcement immediately. I kept an hourly log off all activity that went on during my shift and reported it to my supervisor.

I adhered to strict safety, quality, and production standards. I received products into the system using a radio frequency scanner. I picked customer orders from a multi-level mezzanine and palletized them according to company sorting system. I lifted materials weighing as much as 60 lbs. I consistently met or exceeded productivity targets while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.

I effectively managed escalations from dissatisfied customers, working closely with management to ensure timely resolutions that maintained brand reputation. I would walk a customer through the Netflix website helping with a multitude of things including managing subscriptions and gift subscriptions, starting and canceling accounts, and updating and processing payments. I assisted with third party applications and troubleshot streaming devices with customers over the phone. Lastly I would email further instructions to customers to further assist with any future problems.
