Between the age of 9-15 i was a volunteer at my hometown's library. This has helped me by teaching me how to work with people of all ages. I learned how to use the Dewey Decimal system, work with technology such as computers, and organize books, magazines and anything else that needed to be taken care of.
At a young age i was signed up for this program called ASP, Appalachia Service Project, which is a non-profit specializing in providing home repairs and replacements for income eligible households. This program allowed me to travel to different parts of the Central Appalachian region. It consisted of a week of traveling, meeting new people, and working with people i have never met before.
