Here at wells fargo, I have continued to grow my experience in banking. I am still currently preforming the same core responsibilities as my previous Associate Banker role, including teller transactions, client engagement, handling inbound calls, and coordinating appointments while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

In this role my priority was to deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients with everyday banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, and other account inquiries. I confidently managed front teller-line responsibilities with accuracy, efficiency, and strong attention to detail. I acted as the first point of contact in the lobby, greeting customers, assessing their needs and directing them to the appropriate team member. I am very comfortable handling a high volume of inbound phone calls, addressing customer questions and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. At the same time i was able to build strong relationships with clients by delivering a friendly and personalized experience.

• In this position I was responsible for warmly greeting anywhere from 50-100 guests per shift, demonstrating how to aid customers by helping target their needs while educating them and smoothly managing all phone lines.

• After being certified I worked as a stylist doing chemical services, gaining experience, knowledge, and building relationships. While doing so I was able to attend product knowledge and creative skills courses to better educate myself and my clients.

• I started working at Visible Changes when I was 16 years old. I started as an assistant, just helping around the salon after school and on weekends. In this position I was responsible for taking care of each client that came in, giving great customer service, and prioritizing all of the salon needs. In this time I attended a 9 month training course, where I was certified in Chemical Services, all while maintaining a specific retail goal.
