
During my time with Pizza King, I assisted in opening one new store location and supported operations across two additional stores over a two-year period. At my home location, I contributed to maintaining food cost and labor within company expectations while helping the store achieve a 100% health inspection score.
Since joining Starbucks, I was promoted to Shift Supervisor after one month as a barista, requiring me to quickly adapt and develop strong operational and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
In my current role, I have coached and developed multiple baristas to improve floor flexibility, beverage confidence, and overall partner growth. I strive to create a supportive environment where partners feel comfortable approaching me with operational concerns, scheduling challenges, or opportunities for development.
