Working as a shift lead has enormously improved my team playing skills. I’ve learned how to give constructive criticism and get along with all sorts of people. I am absolutely a people person, so I’ve struggled in the past with giving reminders but my experience as shift lead has put me out of my comfort zone for the better.

I got tons of experience with customer service and found my love for it working for 7Brew. I improved lots of skills including working under pressure, punctuality, flexibility, and collaboration.
