I’ve been working in customer service since 2016, and over the years, I've honed my skills in fast-paced, high-energy environments. Starting in hospitality and working my way up to management, I’ve gained extensive experience in handling both the operational and customer-facing aspects of high-volume locations like sports bars and busy restaurants. Throughout my career, I've thrived in fast-paced settings, always focused on delivering excellent service under pressure.
Now, I’m looking to return to the excitement and thrill of bartending, where I can leverage my experience, passion for the industry, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
