Responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner, and playing an integral role with the kitchen to insure that the guest's requests and expectations are properly met.

Responsibilities:

• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording patrons' choices; identifying patrons' special dietary needs and special requests
• Help patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu; offering cocktails; suggesting courses; explaining the chef's specialties; identifying appropriate wines and answering food preparation questions
• Respond to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dining process
• Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
• Securely and accurately manage cash and credit card transactions
