Max Preisendorf

The Department I started in was LED conversion which consisted of replacing old street lights to LEDs. I did this for about a year and then moved to Charleston, SC where my job changed to construction/repairs. This was much more interesting due to there being not as much repetition of the same work. However my end goal with this job was to move up the ladder to be a lineman on a crew which requires a CDL. I’ve been with the company for 15 months and haven’t got my CDL due to expenses and the thought of another company paying for it.

Managing team schedules and workflow between jobs. Debugging and cleaning airplanes. Downloading new software to update instruments for flights.

High School was coming to an end for me and I needed something new and special. So I started an LLC with some help from my Dad. I made business cards and got on a deal with Angie’s listing. I did mostly residential work but also managed to get some work for my local gas stations. However the business was definitely more successful during the spring and summer which made this just side gig for me. I still get some customers with the move to Charleston however it’s a whole new client base.

Working at Franks was a high school part-time job. Work consisted of guiding cars through the carwash, maintenance on machines, vacuums, chemicals and pay stations.
