Lead full‑cycle planning and execution for all executive‑level meetings and events—including Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, Board Meetings, and multi‑day leadership offsites—overseeing headcount, catering, dietary needs, facilities readiness, IT coordination, and guest logistics.
• Manage complex calendars for the CEO and senior leaders, proactively resolving conflicts, aligning priorities across departments, and ensuring strategic time allocation without requiring direct oversight.
• Coordinate domestic travel for executives, board members, clients, and interview candidates, including commercial flights, hotel accommodations, car service, and helicopter service for conference events.
• Direct large‑scale executive event operations such as QBR happy hours and annual executive holiday events, managing vendor selection, contracts, budgets, staffing, rentals, bar service, floral, and onsite execution.
• Oversee recurring Aspen leadership events (3x yearly), managing travel, lodging, vendor coordination, swag procurement, and storage logistics.

• Manage multi‑property operations across Dallas and Aspen, including vendor oversight, maintenance scheduling, utilities, AV systems, security, landscaping, housekeeping, and seasonal needs.
