My role can be described more accurately as a relationship manager. It is my job to ensure the portfolio of accounts I manage are running efficiently as well as building the relationships. My clients rely on me to problem solve and find ways to help them achieve their business goals. To do this, I conduct regular touch-point reviews to continuously find ways to help improve. It is imperative to keep a pulse on the accounts to help promote continued success.
I am involved with addressing concerns with accounting, billing, and delivery escalations. This ultimately has led to the retention of valuable clients while maintaining positive relationships for all parties involved, both externally and internally.
