As well as I received this rare award when I went above and beyond for a customer who started off having a “nightmare experience” with Home Depot. I was able to calm the customer and troubleshoot the situation to turn it into a superb experience for her. She was so pleased that she contacted corporate about the fabulous experience she had and the Vice President presented me with this award for my dedication to the company and the customer.
