I worked at Danny's every summer since 2022 until the summer of 2025. My role was to he able to take orders through the drive through speaker or at the front register, to run the customer's ticket to the cooks, and then to cash them out. I would make sure everything in store was in stock, for example: sauce cups, drink cups, lids, napkins, and utensils.

I had to answer the phones to place customers orders with efficiency and haste. I assisted customers with inquiries and provided exceptional service, resulting in positive feedback from customers and employees. I would help make the salads, sauce, and restock appetizers every morning. As a delivery driver, I would have to get the customer's food to their homes in a reasonable time and cash them out quickly.

I learned and used strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously without compromising service quality. I would work with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events and helped achieve department goals through effective teamwork and communication with colleagues. I provided quick and efficient assistance at the deli counter, reducing wait times for customers in line. I developed lasting relationships with regular customers through personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
