1. Hired as a field home health nurse and completed assigned visits full-time until promotion.

2. Promoted to Clinical Manager on June 19thand started training on using Homecare Homebase to manage patients and clinicians working in the field.

3. Conducted daily morning meeting with clinicians and processed information given (ie: hospital hold, discontinuation of services, and refusal of services.

4. Placed hospital hold orders and transfer documentation when a patient was admitted to the hospital.

5. Received calls from hospitals and doctors’ offices and placed orders in the system as well as notifying clinicians of new orders.

6. Placed calls to hospitals and doctor’s offices regarding patient info including critical lab results and placed orders in the system.

7. Processed orders that were faxed or emailed.

8. On-call 24/7 and documented calls and actions taken.

9. Worked in the field visiting patients as needed due to staffing.

10. Promoted to Director of Clinical Services on September 8th.

1. Responsible for assessment of patients, pre, intra, and post operatively.

2. Ensure that the OR has all equipment and tools necessary to complete the case effectively.

3. Assist Anesthesiologist with the induction of Anesthesia.

4. Complete computer documentation of procedure, staff, implants, sponge/needle counts, and specimens.

5. Give OR report to the recovery room nurse at the end of the case, or recover the patient.

6. Sign patients in before surgery which includes giving discharge instructions to patient and family, having consents signed for care, and confirm pertinent medical information.

7. If working preop, responsible for gathering information, performing tests like blood glucose and pregnancy, administer dilating eye drops and start an IV for anesthesia.

8. If working PACU, retrieve vitals signs, give water, monitor vital signs for 30 minutes and give discharge instructions again.

9. Responsible for monthly inventory count, ordering nursing supplies, and receiving all supplies.

10. Member of the Materials Management Team which focused on ordering, receiving, supply costs and use.

1. Assigned to ride the school bus in the AM and PM with a child with seizures

2. Assigned to sit 1:1 with a child with a Tracheostomy and Autism during the school day. Provided complete care from Trach suctioning as needed, feeding, toileting, and transportation per wheelchair.

3. When the assigned child was absent, nursing care was provided to the entire school including seizure care, gastrostomy feeding, and oral and rectal medication administration
