I have always been interested in the medical field because I have a desire to help people in need. I have been in customer service for a couple years now and it has really helped me get out of my comfort zone. I have dealt with plenty of angry customers, both adults and children, and have learned a lot of patience throughout those encounters. I am a team player and I want to help my coworkers in any way that I can, and I strive to make the people I train feel comfortable and welcome in their new environment.
