  • Observing the mental state and behaviors of each resident, and keeping documentation for each of them to ensure there are no safety or well-being concerns.
  • Assisting residents with daily living skills such as hygiene, cleaning cottages, and meal preparation.
  • Providing emotional support, and guidance to residents to help them cope with challenges and helping/encouraging them to develop and learn positive coping skills.
  • Working closely with other staff members and social workers to always ensure the well-being of all residents.
  • Making sure the safety of all residents is our top priority.
