Assisted in the training and development of new associates,
fostering a positive team environment while also preparing new
associates to the common trends that each season at the park has to
best prepare for its busier moments and calmer moments. This
strategy ensures that anytime a new associate arrives at the park
they do not become overwhelmed as well as complacent with there
time and continuously strive for betterment with the company.

Implementation of song and dance towards a myriad of guests each
day ranging from a simple welcome to a full song during transactions
and the common birthday songs with my own personal twists.

Communicated with vendors to answer questions, order samples and
resolve issues was something me as an associate with around 7 years
of experience ended up doing as every season with vendors there
would be familiar faces in which i would be able to assist them in
what they needed as well as them assisting me in promotion of
items or sending guests my way to sing and dance to improve the
status of there days and make there theme park experience the best
it could be.
