- I informed them of all the services we have to offer, including smaller maintenance services, such as air filter replacement, cabin air filter replacement or windshield wiper replacement and more
- I look up information on the customers vehicles and I determine the best oil viscosity by the vehicle make, model and year
- I also look up tire sizes, I recommend the customer to get the correct tire sizes that are recommended by vehicle manufacturer
- I look up work order history and warranties whenever an issue arises with tires or work orders in general
- It is my job to record damages that were already on vehicle and to check oil level before any service is done
- I lift heavy tires and oil boxes as needed throughout the day
- I clean up the shop and organize items as needed
