
Through my experience as a Field Dispatcher and working as a bartender/server, I’ve built strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills. I am used to handling high-pressure situations, managing multiple priorities at once, and staying calm while delivering great customer service. I’ve learned the ability to communicate clearly with both customers and team members, solve problems quickly, and adapt on the fly when things change. I’m also detail-oriented when it comes to handling tickets, payments, and invoices, while still keeping a friendly, customer-focused approach. Overall, I’ve learned how to stay efficient, organized, and professional while keepi ng customers satisfied in busy, fast-moving environments.
