Dynamic leader with a strong background in residential program management. Notable achievements include improving staff performance and ensuring regulatory compliance while fostering positive relationships with residents and families. Ready to leverage expertise to drive program success.
I began my career in 1993 when I was hired by CPES as a Direct Support Provider.
Within 3 mos I was promoted to Lead Staff and shortly after to Supervisor.
During my time with CPES of 11 years, I received seven employee of the month awards. I Supervised a home with 5 males which was considered a very aggressive home. Within 2 years, aggression was almost to zero. I moved on from CPES to pursue a Program Coordinator position.
My time at PPEP as a Program Coordinator was the most difficult position I haver ever held but also the most rewarding. This position wasn't condusive to my family with small children. I move to Easterseals after 1 year with PPEP.
At Easterseals I began Lead staff duties immediately and was promoted to supervisor.
My accomplishments were my interaction with both parents and the members we served. I've received bonuses and merit raises.
I truly enjoyed my time and excelled in all aspects of my positions as a program supervisor. I left my position with Easterseals during my 21 year.
