- Providing life-saving instructions to callers, such as CPR, childbirth, medication administration, and scene safety/preservation.
- Simultaneous use of computer, phone, and radio communication between agencies and the public.
- Dispatching for over 30 police agencies, including their fire departments, and EMS.
- Working meticulously with agencies, both state and nationwide, for warrants, wanted persons, missing persons, and mutual aid requests.
- Authorized use of multiple government applications monitored and used by the United States Secret Service and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
- Ensuring proper security measures and confidentiality protocols are followed indefinitely.
- Assisting in local law enforcement investigations.
