In the 22+ years a Realtor am a people person and can make anyone happy with me and the company I work for, I excel in de-fusing hostel situations.
Being a 5 generation resident I know the people that live in the area and I seem to be well liked.
I have worked as a cashier at 8 local convenance stores and managed 3 of the same. I also all but ran Beach Variety Store, a hardware and variety store All this while still doing Real Estate, I get bored at home and look forward to the 'other' job. As a Realtor I have won more awards and honors than any other Volusia County Realtor and was ever in the top 100 Realtors for the State of Florida.
While in college I was the Garden Center Manager of what I grew into Kansas City's largest Garden Center before moving back home to Florida.
In retail I have always worked with the idea that if "we don't have it we can't sell it" but never order more than what can be sold.
I am an Ordained Minister and am as honest as the day is long, but I DO NOT bring religion into the workplace.
Over the years I have been elected President or Chairman of over a dozen local clubs and I have always been humbled and honored about the weight placed on my shoulders.
