Performs staffing advisory services for noncompetitive personnel actions involving all types of personnel actions such as: appointments, promotions, reassignments, change to lower grade, transfers, mass changes, pay adjustment, etc.
• Researches data and coordinates with management, employees, or HR Specialists to resolve support issues in processing actions.
• Uses USA Staffing to build applicant records in filling positions and effecting personnel actions. Extends job offers, establishes reporting dates, and coordinates with all responsible personnel to ensure pre-employment requirements are met.
• Ensures personnel actions are appropriately entered in the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) and other automated systems.
