Grew up volunteering in my local church. Where I developed skills to lead young kids through their young years. Able to handle a group setting to help guide conversations. Then started to work in retail where I learned to handle and deescalate guest relations to help satisfy all sorts of guest's needs. Developed skills to handle complaints on the phone and in person. Experienced busy work environments and working under a timed manner. Currently, working as an academic tutor where I help students with college classes. Here I have learned ways to speak and teach different types of students to help them maximize their learning.
