  • Established successful teams and lead generation in all new markets, as well as our original market.
  • Overseeing 30+ in-house sales representatives and four independent sales organizations in four markets, two Regional Sales Managers, as well as managing a pipeline of 200+ active projects.
  • Under my leadership, we increased yearly sales from a total of 96 projects in 2022 to a total of 518 in 2025. Currently on target for 600+ new sales in 2025
