Take calls from locations and make tickets based on the issues they are having with the gaming machines. Route technicians in an effective and well planned out route based on how long a ticket has been put up and how serious the issue is. Route the money team to reload locations that are low on cash, this part of the job required me to be good at math and plan out well the money the Money team had so they would return at the end of the shift with no money at all.
