Job description is the same as both Personal Mini Storage and NSA Istorage. I have been at the same property through several transitions. Going on 12 years as a highly successful property manager with excellent YOY revenue growth, exceedingly clean property and providing excellent customer service. My collection efforts have always placed me in the top tier of performers, regardless of what company had it's sign on the door.

The bulk of my work history prior to storage in 2014, consist mostly of administrative assistant type work. I worked with Property Appraisers, compiling appraisals, searching MLS and other data for comps, etc... Highly specialized field at the time, as most appraisers were not computer savy, that's the void I filled when banks began wanting appraisals in computer formats. The appraiser would chicken scratch their appraisals on their yellow writing pads and rough sketch the building specs. I would then enter all the data into the computer for them and use software designed for appraiser to add the building specs to the completed form. The "new generation" of appraisers came along...and they are born computer savy, so my position phased out. I've also worked for property surveyors in the same type position. My earliest work history is all accounting type positions, accounts receivable, accounts payable etc.
