Primary Manager of an Affordable Housing Tax Credit Senior/Disabled Community, Eagles Nest Apartments. The property has a total of 87 separate units.
I was responsible for the complete management, overall state of functionality of all 87 units and the level of satisfaction of the tenants. Task were maintaining the property site in a safe and pleasant state. Also to ensure tenants are well satisfied with their place of residence. To ensure smooth operation and management of the site, both mechanically and fiscally, so that the property owner has no worries or concerns. Ensure all staff of the property are completely aware of their responsibilities and perform their required tasks timely, efficiently, and professionally.
Other tasks include evaluating on-staff, marketing to perspective tenants, obtaining bids on contracting jobs, complete weekly and monthly reports, processing and filing data, periodically compliance reviews and reports, recertifying leases by obtaining income and assets verifications, complete monthly billing and process payables.
Other tasks were to maintain professional relationships with other housing agencies, prepare the property for government inspections and the budget for the fiscal year.
