I have worked in Customer service for 4 years, the first three of those being at an extremely customer service focused job. We talked to people over the phone and in person to book appointments all day. So we were expected to be formal and have the ability to get along with customers in the best way possible. I worked at Fedex for a short time, at the same time as this job. I see myself as a hard worker because I was working 50-60 hours every week. I was taught how to safely lift heavy packages in a fast paced environment. Currently I work the night shift at Mcdonald's, giving me customer service in regards to food as well as cooking and food safety experience. I also learned how to work as a team member as well as working in an extremely fast paced environment.
