I've been a barista for two years and a shift leader for one, and in my time working, I've built up a variety of skills, especially in the service department.

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. I have cleaning experience in vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, and general maintenance.
• Experience with cash and card transactions, counting and maintaining till.
• Managed and counted inventory levels, restocking frequently between shift and ordering produce for the store.
• Two years of face-to-face customer service, including conversation with the customers, problem-solving, and register work.
• Experience on opening and closing tasks. This includes setting up the store, the stats at night/morning, and taking everything down and deep cleaning at the end.
• Take calls to the store.
