Ensures the quality and performance of the agency’s social services programs.
Supervises and trains social services staff to skillfully execute the onboarding of new clients.
Provides field practice guidance and support for new hires and interns.
Oversees the discharge process and uses feedback to inform training, policy, and supportive services.
Conduct random unannounced home visits to assess compliance and safety.
Facilitates case consultations to navigate barriers and challenges.
