
I have over eight years of experience in the automotive collision industry and have worked in both insurance and body shops.
During my time as an insurance adjuster at GEICO, I consistently ranked in the top 10% nationwide and ended my role as a level 2 adjuster. I handled field and ARX/DRP claims in Oregon, Washington, and Florida.
Following my role at GEICO, I became the marketing manager at a small MSO in Oregon and SW Washington. This position allowed me to gain experience in OEM certifications, branding, and networking within the industry via 20 group, OE symposiums, and regional body shop associations. I increased online following and reputation by 40%, held events supporting local businesses while promoting our brand, and engaged our business in giving back to our community and local families.
After leaving the Portland metropolitan, I served as the GM of a regional MSO, Collision Works, in Oklahoma and Kansas, managing a body shop with a monthly revenue of $240,000. I focused on training and motivating the team to achieve their best.
After our company was acquired by Gerber, I felt my specialty was estimatics and transitioned to an estimator role, maintaining an average of 280,000 in monthly sales at 48.8% GP, and a 93%+ CSI without centralized parts purchasing. I specialized in Tesla repairs and procedures, self maintained the production of my repairs. I also supported the team in various areas to ensure our collective success.
