Store Managers Council- Served as President of the Store Managers Council- The Store Manager Council serves as the voice of all Store Managers, acting as a sounding board for new technologies and programs before major changes are implemented and as a place to develop solutions to the challenges that operations faces.

CARE Business Resource Group- Served as Co-Chair of the CARE BRG- BRG focused on influencing The Giant Company to better understand and work with working parents and caregiver. Also provided a network on support and resources as well.
