My job requirements at Dairy Queen are a taking orders at the front counter and/or in drive thru, I cash the customer out when they finish telling me their order. I make sure that their order is correct and that their questions are answered correctly. I make blizzards and I love when customers order their own custom blizzards, I love seeing all the combinations! I help the people that talk Spanish and since I’m the only bilingual in the store my coworkers always ask me when they can’t understand a customer.

My job requirements at McDonald’s were to take orders for the drive thru and cash them out. I would retell them their order to make sure that their order was correct. I also handled customer complaints when they forgot something from their order or when there was a misunderstanding. I would also bag customers food up and I would make sure that I did it correctly while doing it in a timely manner. I would help people that talk Spanish when they didn’t know how to say a certain item, apart from cashiering I would also stock and clean the store.

Marco’s Pizza was my first job when I started high school I Learned there what work ethic was and how important it is to be bilingual and being able to multitask and be fast. My job was taking calls to place customers orders for online so we can deliver them to their house I would tell customers about our special offers and give my opinion on certain pizzas when customers asked I made sure the I got their order correct to make sure that they were satisfied and want to keep coming. I would also stretch pizzas since we would make pizzas from scratch. I learned how to do all positions at Marco’s during my time working there we had customers that would come all the time and they loved their experience.
