As a crew member at McDonald's I would work in the kitchen. I'd make the food and bag it so it could be given to the customer. I'd open in the morning on the weekends and make sure that the store is ready for the day. I'd prep the food and stock the boxes and made sure we had everything we needed for the day. I worked there for two years and was never late and showed up when they were short-handed.
