-Take phone calls to take orders for will call and/or provide product knowledge to assist customers.

-Attend customers that come in to pick up orders or to help them find the right product.

-Process online orders and schedule them in a promptly matter

-Communicate with customers accurately and in a detailed manor through email throughout the day

-Keep the show room stocked

-Helps out with inventory control counting materials when instructed (shingles, roofing materials, solar products)

-Checking orders before they are delivered, by counting and checking the products on delivery orders.

-Invoicing and crediting customers within a 24 hr period of customers picking, returning or after delivery.

-Provide excellent customer service

• Prepared surfaces by sanding, scraping, and cleaning for optimal paint adhesion.
• Applied paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment for uniform
• Communicate with customer and manage time in the best way possible
• Clean up to satisfythe customers demands
• Provide good customer service
