At Viet Citron, I began as a cashier, where I quickly developed strong customer service skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment. I was frequently recognized by customers and management for providing friendly, efficient, and attentive service. As I gained experience and demonstrated reliability and leadership potential, I was promoted to Shift Lead. In this role, I took on additional responsibilities such as supervising team members, ensuring smooth daily operations, handling customer concerns, and maintaining high service standards. Back in 2022 I started working 40hs now I only work some days in the week.

At J&K I started off as a Sales Representative learning the business and helping the customers. I also was responsible to assist with calls and schedule machine repairs. After 1 year I was promoted to management which ended in March of 2026. As part of the management position, I was responsible to talk to clients in person, oversee the accounts and hire staff when needed.

As a Front Desk Associate, I was responsible for checking guests in and out while providing excellent customer service to ensure a memorable stay and encourage positive recommendations. During night shifts, I was solely responsible for overseeing the entire hotel, as no security staff was present. This experience helped me develop strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Coordinated daily activities and schedules for children, promoting structured learning environments. I was responsible to take care and assist them with their needs and tasks in a schedule of 45h a week.
• Supported cultural exchange by engaging children in diverse educational and recreational activities motivating them in leaning Portuguese.

At this position, I worked as a sales clerk, assisting customers by providing personalized service. We had a high volume of wholesale clients who owned their own brands and often traveled long distances to purchase clothing from us. Each client had a specific target market, so I would spend extended time with them discussing the best product options and styles to suit their audience. Over four years, I developed strong customer service skills and was recognized as one of the top-performing clerks in the store.

In this role, I verified passengers’ documentation and visas to ensure they met entry requirements. The position required strong attention to detail, as I regularly handled complex situations such as detecting fraudulent passports, missing visas, and other compliance issues.
