Newer to the waiting tables scene with only four years of experience but am always ready to learn new tips and tricks and improve in all aspects.   • Learned the style and technique of working in a higher end restaurant; completely bussing the table in between courses, wine service, and selling the days specials to name a few.
  • Was responsible for all aspects of service outside of food running which includes bussing and resetting tables in a timely manner after the guest left.
  • Gave guests a great experience by walking through the menu while simultaneously giving off the welcoming attitude that made them feel more comfortable asking questions about the menu about my personal recommendations.
  • Honed in on running side-work which made all aspects of service run smoother.
  • Have great reviews on OpenTable and Google naming me personally and how they had a great time dining at the restaurant.

  • Learned the ropes on how to wait tables. I had great instruction from the general manager, Craig Morris, on how to positively interact and upsell menu items.
  • Typically ran with a five table section but the restaurant ran more on volume than quality of service so I learned how to manage ordering, checking out, running food, and all the other side-work a server would need to be doing at any given time.
  • Worked there full time from June 2020 to around October 2021 and then bumped down to one day a week because I found another full time restaurant job.
