During my time at Wendy's, I learned new and different skills, such as working in a fast-paced environment and solving problems. I had to be a good communicator and team player in order to ensure a consistent pace, and keep customers and the rest of the crew members happy. I value consistency and long-term commitment, and I thrive in environments where I can build deep expertise over time. Helping people has always been something I enjoy doing, whether in structured or fast-changing environments, and I want to continue to help people for a long time.
