When I initially applied it was to do laundry and front desk, when I began I was doing laundry and housekeeping for a little then breakfast. I eventually got promoted to night auditor once an employee was let go October 2025. This job included but is not limited to; managing overnight front desk operations, managing building security, processing and closing out daily reports for the day, answering calls, managing reservations and late night check ins, assisting guests with any questions or complaints they may have and processing transactions.
When I initially applied I was a cashier, then when I turned 18 I was promoted to customer service manager. I also have stocking experience and was offered a position as a stocker, but ultimately chose to be a CSM. This job included but is not limited to; greeting customers, managing/overseeing the front end, processing cash, card & check transactions, counting cash drawer, handling returns & price checks, keeping the front end clean, resolving customer complaints, POS use and training new employees.
