One of my biggest achievements is turning things around after a tough first year of college due to personal challenges. I stayed focused, worked hard, and earned a 4.0 GPA in my second year while working part-time and taking care of my health. I was honored with a student women leaders award, volunteered at local homeless shelters, and helped in my community — offering rides, helping with resources, and translating when needed. I’m proud of how I balanced school, work, and service, and grew as a person through it all.
My daily responsibilities include attending to residents' needs by providing drinks, snacks, and other requested items. I assist with preparing beverages, desserts, maintaining a clean kitchen, and ensuring that the area is organized and sanitary.
Additionally, I support CNAs and Nurses with resident requests, wash dishes, sweep and mop floors, take out trash, restock condiments, and contribute to maintaining a healthy and efficient working environment.
Customer service, I work in sorting packages , loading boxes and assisting management to ensure work is done efficiently and property is maintained properly .
